Porchetta with wakame lamb
Minamisanriku's brand of lamb, "Wakame Lamb," has been featured on the TV program "Aozora Shokudo" (Blue Sky Shokudo) and other programs.
There are almost no stores where you can eat it even in Sendai City, and it is a genuine and extremely rare ingredient.
Try it with porchetta, an Italian dish made by rolling herbs and baking them.
Both are available in limited quantities.
